McMillen 75 Series Planetary Reduction Auger Drives
All 75 Series Drive Units are engineered with McMillen's "In-Line" drive design, to eliminate chain and sprocket reductions. A hydraulic motor drives the auger through a sealed planetary gear reduction. The heavy duty all gear design of McMillen's planetary drives gives these units a long life with minimal maintenance and service costs.- Reverse rotation for quick backout when obstructions are encountered
- Hydraulic relief valve protects the units from damage when the auger hits large immoveable objects
